About the event
Join Alena, from Living Wellness and Yoga, for a hour-long Yoga Class on the vineyard grounds. It will focus on movement and breath techniques, as well as creating balance in one's body, mind, and spirit. Leave class feeling refreshed and energized! All-Levels welcome! $15 admission per class includes a glass of wine, afterwards.
