The Winery

The grounds are yours to explore! Sip a glass of your favorite wine as you make your way across our beautiful estate, or relax next to our private lake in one of our cozy Adirondack chairs.

 

We are an Italian family operated winery, offering three generations of the Varallo family recipes for both wine and food. Take a ride and visit this hidden gem along the bank of the Niagara Escarpment which includes a vineyard, timber lodge, park, nature trails, and an eight-acre lake.

 

Buses and large group tours welcome for an informative tour and tasting!

 

The Restaurant

Spring Lake Winery offers Italian hospitality and an upscale casual menu.

Dine at the timber lodge, lakeside park, or in our wine fermentation tank room. Our wine garden is also available on select dates. 

 

Come sample our simple yet delicious entrees, all made fresh and to order with garden-grown herbs. Finish your meal off with our tasteful wine sorbet.

We offer take-out options and buffet lunch packages for groups of ten or more.

 

The Vineyard

From handpicked grapes sourced from the West Coast to our estate-grown Riesling, the Varallo family wine recipe includes only the finest ingredients. No additives are used in our winemaking process, allowing for quality grapes to be at the forefront of our award-winning wines!
