Consider things like lighting after dark, uplighting, and even things like noise restrictions locally that could impede your fun.

One big thing you’ll certainly need to ask about early is finding out exactly what the WNY outdoor wedding venue provides when it comes to tables, chairs, tents, dance floors, and other items that will be required. You will need to make sure that if you’re relying on the venue for your tables and chairs and other linens, etc, that you know they have what you want. Otherwise, you’ll need to find an external vendor to bring your stuff in, which could also be impacted by weather. You should also ask about any potential restrictions, as some outdoor venues may have strict rules to protect the environment. Things like flames, candles, sparklers, or flower petals could have rules attached, so be sure to ask.
