Spring Lake Winery 5K

Please join us on Sunday September 20, 2020 for the Spring Lake Winery Fall 5K Trail Run. The race is being brought to you by iRun WNY and features will take place entirely on Spring Lake Winery property in Lockport, New York. We have designed a scenic two loop course that takes place primarily on groomed trails. There is also a section of the race that takes runners through the vineyards at both the midpoint and finish. Please note that depending on the weather, there may or may not be muddy areas on the course. There is also at least one small (but steeper) hill climb and descent on the trail. We have decided to limit the total number of race participants to 150 maximum runners (3 waves with 50 runners max per wave). Each participant will run individually as we plan on starting runners one at a time with faster runners going ahead of slower runners to allow for proper social distancing on the course and to comply with state guidelines.
