You  will start in the Tuscan style tasting room with a private tasting.   Next, your tour takes you through the wine making process in the tank room. The tour continues out in the  Estate Vineyard where you will learn about the "Gravel to Grapes"  story, the terroir,  including the Niagara Escarpment, the history of the family's 130 acres, the 8 acre spring fed lake , woods, and winery.  Now the experience is yours to create in the private cabin by the lake, where a fire-pit will be  waiting for you. Indoors you will enjoy a rustic cabin with a wood burning stove and comfortable seating. The upstairs loft-like space  is an inviting place for reading and board games.Your lunch from the cafe  and wine will be served to you.  Complimentary water & hot beverages will be available in the kitchenette area.
