	Old Vine Zinfandel - SOLD OUT Rich but light, this Old Vine Zin will cling to your taste buds.  French oaked, the structure of the wine shows complexity, combining wild black cherries with butternut squash.  The long lasting and smooth finish is attributed to the maturity of the old vine.  Serve at cellar temperatures with seasoned fish and red meat.
	White Syrah - SOLD OUT An extremely versatile, medium-bodied rose expressing hints of ripe cherry, guava, vanilla, and honey. This wine is crisp and long with a controlled, fruity finish. The elegant allure of this crisp varietal wine lies in its exotic floral aroma. Pairs wonderfully with cold hors d'oeuvres or fruit. Serve chilled.
	Merlot Vibrant, floral and earthy, expressing mocha and fancy wild berries. Full-bodied with controlled tannins and a long, mellow finish. Delicate floral aromas with enough spicy intensity to make this a wonderful accompaniment to gamey meats from the grill or a bold sauce. Best enjoyed at cellar temperatures.
	Cabernet Sauvignon Full-bodied and upfront, expressing ripe mouth coating currant, cherry and fancy berry aromas. Tannins are controlled and the finish is balanced. A very easy-going, approachable red that is perfect with grilled or roasted meats and dark chocolate. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature.
	Gewurztraminer - SOLD OUT This beguiling Gewurztraminer has a stunning bouquet of apricot, pear, and banana. The unctuous dry palate is nicely balanced with bracing acidity. The wine pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled spicy sausage, as well as a nice ripe blue cheese such as gargonzola. Serve chilled.
