The Dream
Dr. Nicholas & Tamre Varallo 
Dr. Varallo made wine in his father's basement from the age of eight. He continued that tradition with his family, making wine in the family basement until the winery was built. The Varallos' children assist with all aspects of the winery, vineyard and wine making, taking the tradition into the third generation.

The Future

Turn a tradition of winemaking into  business.

All three generations are contributing to the growth & development of the business. For example, the painting above was done by artist Patrick Varallo, recreating the small town in Italy "Papa" came from.  Brother Mark and family are founding BelAqua, a mineral water taken from the natural spring on the property, which will  be bottled water at the the production plant. Also the Wine Barrel gift shop home of Nana's homemade cookies, as well as crafts and wine merchandise.

Contributing to the Lockport community with a collaborative model of agriculture, tourism and commerce.
